I designed and delivered a new custom manufacturing system and connected it to the internal ERP through an API integration. Paper production protocols were replaced with tablets, allowing operators to work in real time. Each production step was captured instantly, and the data flowed across the business without manual re-entry.
The Result
Saved 15 hours of manual work weekly. Manufacturing started running in real time, every operation could be measured precisely, and the captured data fed directly into reporting. The company gained a faster paperless workflow and much more reliable inputs for decision-making.
